Question's About Our Website:
Q: I don't like to place orders online, can I call my order in?
A: Yes, BUT- this requires extra time and effort on our part- so we don't offer flat rate shipping for orders placed this way. We're always happy to help though!

Q: I only want half a yard, but your websites not letting me order that?
A: Our online inventory system is currently only capable of whole quantities. If you need more specific yardages, you can always round up (its good luck anyways)- or call the store and we'll adjust/add it to your order from there. 

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We have $6 flat rate shipping for all domestic orders! International orders are charged depending on the number of items bought.

Questions about our products:
Q: I see a product I want, but you don't have enough of it, will you be getting more?
A: Most of our fabric is designer (AKA limited edition) and as a result we're unable to order more. That being said, if the difference is only a couple yards, we might have more than we listed online (we keep a small quantity held back so we don't inadvertently double sell things)- if we happen to have it, we'll be happy to add it to your order!

Questions about our Longarm:
Q: Why does the backing need to be 12" bigger than my quilt top?
A: So that we have room to pin the backing to our headers on the top, and the clamps on the side (you'd have a very puckered back without those). Plus, for good luck- quilts have a tendency to grow on us and we'd rather not run out of backing mid way through...

​Q: Why do minky backings need to be even bigger than other backings?
A: Minky had a tendency to stretch inwards. It will expand at the top, and then shrink in the center leaving us with very little wiggle room. In this picture, the minky was 12" bigger than the top and we still ran out of room for our clamps.

Q:What kind of quilting do you do?
A: We have hand guided (no computers!) machines. Most of the quilting we do is edge to edge. We do offer custom quilting , but we charge accordingly.
